How can I use GIGstore?
To use GIGstore, you must first register and create an account.
To register, click the Sign Up button on this page.
If you are already registered, go to app.giglike.com and log in using your email address and password.
How can I change my password or email?
Change password
Once logged into GIGstore, open the menu in the top right corner of the page and select "Change password," then enter your current and new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long.
Change email address
Once logged into GIGstore, open the menu in the top right corner of the page and select "Change email," then enter your current and new email address.
Where can I ask questions about GIGstore?

How can I purchase a package in GIGstore?
- Sign up and activate your free starter pack.
- Select the package you are interested in, choose your variant (e.g., individual, partner) and subscription cycle (e.g., 1 month, 3 months), then confirm your order.
- If this is your first order, please provide your payment card details. We use a secure third-party online payment processor.
- Payments are processed on the 27th of the month in which the order was placed. Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your card, as failure to pay for the package will result in a loss of access.
- You will receive a VAT invoice at the end of the month.
- Start using your purchased package from the 1st day of the following month.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your chosen cycle (e.g., every month, every 3 months) until you cancel it.
What is the free GIGpack XS starter package and what does it include?
When registering, you must activate the free starter package (GIGpack XS), which consists of essential business tools. The package includes the following service: invoicing. The cost of this package is 0 PLN. Activation is required to use GIGstore.
How and when is payment collected for selected packages?
Packages are paid for by credit or debit card. You provide your card details after registering with GIGstore. Payment is automatically charged to your card overnight between the 26th and 27th of each month. If a payment fails, an email will be sent requesting that you top up your card, and a second attempt to collect the funds will be made the following day. Failure to pay for the package will result in the suspension of services.
How often can I make changes to my packages?
For monthly plans, you can change your package scope for the following month at any time until the 26th day of the current month. For long-term subscriptions that renew every few months, changes can be made at any time until the 26th day of the final month of the cycle.
By when do I need to select a package subscription starting from the new month?
You must select your package(s) and confirm your order by the 26th of each month.
When will I receive the invoice for my package purchase?
Invoices are sent to the KSeF system and via email to the GIGer on the last day of the month in which the package was activated.
