– Coordination of the planned treatment process
– Arrangement and performance of pre-surgical qualifying tests within 30 days of claim notification
– Organization of scheduled orthopedic treatment at LUX MED hospitals or partner facilities
– Medical consultations before, during, and up to 30 days after the procedure
– Rehabilitation for up to 6 weeks after the procedure

The insurance is available to individuals up to 70 years old residing in the Republic of Poland.

What is the territorial scope of the insurance coverage?

The insurance coverage is valid within the territory of the Republic of Poland.

For what period can the insurance be taken out?

The insurance can be taken out for a period of 12 months. The premium is paid monthly.

What are the limitations of the insurance coverage?

There is a waiting period: 3 months for planned hospitalizations and 10 months for certain highly specialized services, as well as exclusions for some benefits, such as extensive oncological surgeries and treatment of certain cancers.

Are the amounts quoted net or gross values?

The amounts quoted are net values, which at the same time are gross amounts due to VAT exemption.
